Payments/Refunds-Credit Cards*
  • Only orders in an "Authorized" state are able to be cancelled and fully refunded.  
  • Once your order has been moved to the "Processed" state, this means the order has been successfully processed, your card has been run and payment has been received. 
  • If you choose to cancel once the order is in the "Processed" state, PayPal will NOT​ refund its fees. 
  • This means you will only be refunded the balance, less the fees - NO EXCEPTIONS. 
  • The amount of the non-refundable fees is based a percentage amount of your order. 
  • Exchanges or credits can be done.
  • Note that ALL orders placed by card are processed through PayPal.
  • Above does not apply to e-transfer orders

SHIPPING
  • Most items ship for free in Canada (northern regions may be subject to extra shipping) 
  • Orders under 99.99 ship flat fee for 17.50
  • If you are in a remote region we will contact you before shipping or any surprises, if you are remote and feel the shipping is too high we will gladly cancel and refund you.
  • Tracking info is normally sent within 48-72 hours M-F after the order is processed, Processing time varies normally 24-48 hours M-F
  • If your order is large (lift kit, off-road bumper) you will be contacted by the shipping company to make arrangements to be home or you have the option to drive to the closest depot and pick up your order. You will be responsible to unload if packed on a skid
  • Items with exclusions will be noted in the item details, oversized LTL etc.
  • If your item is more than the normal delivery time you will be contacted to make sure the timeframe is good or will be offered a refund 
  • Items brought in stock orders are deemed as a special order and cannot be returned unless authorized restocking fees will apply 
  • Remote regions may have shipping added, you will be notified before shipping your items
  • All parts are fully insured at no extra cost
  • Lost or damaged goods must be reported by the next business day, you have the right to refuse damaged goods.
  • International shipping we are notshipping or selling outside of Canada
  • We don't ship to P.O. boxes, in the event our system lets a P.O box order through you will be asked for a new ship to address

ORDERS
  • All orders are processed as they come in during normal business hours 8am-5pm EST, Once processed items ship the following business day. Special order items range in 2-3 weeks and normally ship directly from the manufacturer.
  • Orders totaling over 3000.00 may be subject to being emailed in for fraud reasons(use the interac method), Once received you will have an invoice sent to you which you can pay by clicking on it or we can send a PayPal invoice.E-Transfer orders have no limit but are subject to your bank and limits.
  • Any order is subject to fraud approval/inspection, orders with contact attempted but not made within 48 hours will be canceled.
  • All wheels should be test fit to the vehicle wheels studs/hub
  • Any wheels that have been mounted with a tire cannot be returned unless defective, even if the wheels don't fit it is the user's responsibility to ensure fitment before mounting tires
  • Large items (LTL) truck freight are not returnable and do not include lift-gate if you require one please ask for a quote beforehand.
  • Once orders are processed and shipped we can't stop or cancel the order, orders refused after the purchase due to not wanting or a change of mind will be subject to a restocking fee (20% + shipping cost) to cover shipping expenses.  
  • in the event, a courier has lost an item an investigation and claim must be filled before replacement or refund is issued.
  • In some cases we will ship directly to you from the manufacturer if the items cross the border we will have them fully brokered and paid, in some cases when we ship directly the shipper (ups/FedEx etc) may try to collect duties do not pay these as we have our own broker and at times shipping companies try to take over, if you pay these fees we will not reimburse these as we provide brokerage when needed 
SPECIAL ORDER/BACK ORDER
  • Items not normally stocked will be marked as "Special Order/Back Order" these are not returnable if you are at all unsure please call/email us for help and more information, once the order is processed we cannot change or cancel. If the order is subject to additional fees you will be notified before shipping and have the option of canceling at that point. Most special order items will not have extra fees and will deliver within two weeks if the time frame is longer we will contact you before processing your order.

CORE POLICY
  • All cores will be charged during checkout, once you receive your order you will have 30 days to return the core to the manufacturer.
  • If an RMA is required we will provide you with all necessary documents, Failure to follow these instructions may delay, hold up or have your core returned.
  • Each manufacturer has different policies and rules, we are here to help if have questions or need with shipping rates or LTL items.
  • Missing or damaged items may not be refundable and are determined by the manufacturer.

RETURNS | WHEELS
  • An RMA is required for all returns found here, itmes sent with out an RMA back to the retail store will be refused
  • Items installed or used may not be returned, unless defective
  • *Special order parts are not returnable but carry full warranty*
  • *All new Parts are returnable up to 30 days after the original delivery date
  • *All returned parts are subject to inspection before refund*
  • Refunds are normally processed within 4-5 days, upon receiving 
  • Electronics are not returnable unless defective (for exchange) and or shipping/picking/catalog error
  • Mounted wheels are not returnable unless defective 
  • In the event, a wrong part was shipped email/call for a return label and instructions within 5 business days of receiving the parts(s) must be in a new resellable condition in the original packing. Once approved we will send a shipping label and exchange or refund. No exceptions will be made if the part is not new and in resellable condition.
  • Defective items will have prepaid freight for the term of the manufactures warranty any border fees on return shipping are the responsibility of the end consumer
  • Any wheels mounted with a tire cannot be returned unless defective, it is the end user's responsibility to test fit on the vehicle's wheels studs/hub to ensure fitment
  • Due to the wide variety of wheel & lift options on the market our "guaranteed to fit" means the wheels will fit the bolt pattern of vehicle it does not mean or imply it will touch and or need trimming
  • In the event, the wheels do not fit the vehicle they will be picked up for exchange or refund at our expense and must be in a new resellable condition in the original box(s) 
  • Returns are not excepted at the retail location, all returns must be shipped back to the warehouse where they were shipped from
  • S&B return policy, Requirements for a refund:
  • Banks Power is non-refundable 
  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.**
  • Item(s) must be in new condition.
  • All parts of the product must be returned.
  • 15% restocking fee applies
  • **Universal Filters are not eligible for returns as it is a made to order product and all sales are final.
